Admission

1. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
2. Original and photocopy of Baptismal Certificate and a waiver for non-Catholics
3. Photocopy of Report Card -latest quarter grades (required for transferees)
4. Principal’s Certification of Good Moral Character from previous school (required for transferees for Grades 2 to 12 applicants only) 
5. 2 ID pictures (1x1)
6. Medical Certificate
7. Drug Test Result (for Grades 7-12 applicants only)

A. Age
* Nursery  – 4 years old by June of the current school year
* Kindergarten – 5 years old by June of the current school year    
* Grade One     – 6 years old by June of the current school year
 
                                                              B. Grades
* Passing grades in all subjects in the final rating
 
C.  Students coming from foreign schools
* Scholastic records from school of origin
* Original and photocopy of passport
* For Aliens: latest copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Special Study Permit (SSP) from Bureau of Immigration 
* Grade 8 shall take Filipino 7 and Social Studies 7; and Grade 9 shall take Filipino 7 and 8 and Social Studies 7

1. Submit requirements to the Registrar’s Office.
2.  Accomplish the Application Form for Admission.
3. Pay the admission fee at the Cashier’s Office and return the Application Form for Admission to the Registrar’s Office.
4. Proceed to the Guidance Office for the initial interview, admission test and final interview.
5. Secure Permit to Enroll slip.
