ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
1. Submit requirements to the Registrar’s Office.
2. Accomplish the Application Form for Admission.
3. Pay the admission fee at the Cashier’s Office and return the Application Form for Admission to the Registrar’s Office.
4. Proceed to the Guidance Office for the initial interview, admission test and final interview.
5. Secure Permit to Enroll slip.
